Gerrit was out first friesian. He is the reason that our infatuation with the breed turned to adoration and love. From the first moment
we saw his photos, we knew this was THE one. To quote a well respected trainer in the Saddlebred world, "This horse is GRAND"!!
That really is the best way to describe him, Gerrit exudes presence, power and grace in and out of the show ring. Those that have had
the opportunity; the pleasure of making his acquaintance always walk away with a sense of "priviledge" in having been graced
with his attention and affections. As a show horse, he has been a force to be reckoned with. All heart, Gerrit remains undefeated in the Saddeseat divisions, whether they
are Friesian or Open to all breeds! Awarded his STER status at age 12, and was Grand Champion Gelding at the Monroe Keuring! We owe many thanks to his great sire "Melle 311" as his offspring are amazing!
